Give the gift of your precious time. This is a wonderful opportunity to become a special part of the liturgy by assuming responsibility for Mass preparations and clean up. You will be setting out the vessels, ensuring the hosts and wine are pu in their proper places, lighting the candles and then properly cleaning the vessels and extinguishing the candles after Mass.
Requirements:
- Open to adults and students who have received the sacrament of Confirmation.
- Attend a one hour training session.
- Assignments every 3 – 4 weeks in a 13 week period. Per assignment: 20 minutes for preparing and cleaning afterwards.
Opportunities for Service:
- Regularly at Sunday Masses.
- Christmas, Holy Week, Easter, Pentecost, Thanksgiving, Holy Days
