Over the last year, a small team has been working under the leadership of Fr. Bill to develop a strategic plan for the parish that will set our direction for the next three to five years. As was reported in the bulletin late last year, the team looked at baseline data on area demographics, Parish demographics, Parish and area financials, Parish school operations and financials, and information on Parish programs and activities. The initial draft of the plan was reviewed by several advisory bodies in the parish and a consensus has developed on a number of strategic priorities to be addressed over the next few years. The priorities were developed based on the team’s findings in reviewing and analyzing the data and in subsequent conversations with stakeholders as the draft was reviewed. Those priorities are:

A final step in this process is to obtain input and concurrence from the parish at large on these strategic priorities. A copy of the parish’s completed strategic plan has been posted to the parish website at olom.org. Accompanying the strategic plan is a very brief survey, asking for your agreement/disagreement with these priorities; the survey also includes an area where you can leave comments.
